You can create an account directly or use a third-party API (TikTok, Google, Apple). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

AfrocaEat acts as an intermediary between merchants (restaurants) and customers. We are not responsible for the quality of the products sold by merchants, though we strive to maintain high standards.

4. Merchant and Driver Obligations

Partners agree to provide accurate information, respect hygiene standards, and maintain professional behavior.

5. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to these terms will be governed by the applicable laws in your main jurisdiction (Canada, France, or the US depending on the domain used).
